Fruit Drying & Treat-Making Workshop
WEDNESDAY 8th April I 10AM - 12.30PM I $80
Discover the delicious art of drying fruit — one of the
oldest, simplest, and most satisfying ways to preserve the harvest. Join us for a cosy, sensory-rich session where you'll learn the key principles of dehydrating seasonal fruit. Start with tasting of some beautifully dried local fruits, while exploring creative ways to use them. Then it’s time to roll up your sleeves and to create your own.

A fun and engaging art workshop for children aged 7 - 12years, using vibrant watercolours and mixed media techniques. Whether your child is a budding artist or simply loves to explore, this workshop offers the perfect balance of education, creativity and self-expression. Guided by an experienced instructor, children will create unique nature-inspired artwork to take home.

& veg into amazing relishes, chutneys & sauces? With the skills and knowledge gained from this class, you’ll be equipped to make these tasty preserves for use throughout the year, or to give as beautiful gifts.
Learn all the fundamentals of preserving methods, then put them into practice when you get “hands on”, using ingredients from the orchard to prepare & make a batch of yummy relish or chutney.
